*.RM Files in Windows Media Player 9?

Is there any add-on/patch/crack/regedit that can allow Windows Media Player to play Real media Video files? I really hate the look and feel of realone and would prefer to have only one player for my media. (Except for BSplayer for DivX files, It still rules in that area) :)

i dont think you can play them in wmp, however it should be possible in bsplayer. ( i think microsoft made some sort of protection, though i could be wrong..)

Real's format is proprietary, so Microsoft doesnt support it. MPC is the way to go.

Yes, Media Player Classic isnt as pretty, but its faster, which is essential for the rm format for smooth streaming and playback.

Just to keep you guys posted, after intaling real alternative with the necessary codecs, I can now see rm file in Windows Media Player 9 also. Just what I wanted =)
