wifi internet suddenly dropping

all of the sudden on my desktop, ever 10 to 20 min, the internet totally drops. i have a linksys WUSB11 version 2.6. never done this before. never does it on my laptop either. xp pro

have you checked for any interference? somehting like a cordless phone can really screw around with these things sometimes.

what kind of signal strengh do you have when its working ? what is there between your PC and access point ? water? walls? humans? or just thin air ?

excelent 100% when my door is open, and excelent 86% when closed. the router is the next rom over
