Please Help! Windows 2000 Won't Load

I used BootSkin to install a skin today and upon restart, I found that it would go to a massively off-color and zoomed in part of my skin, and then wont load up into Win2K anymore. Also, my safe modes don't work, they just freeze up towards the end of that scrollbar, so how do I fix this manually? Help!
