Because American brewery Rogue have teamed up with everyone?s favourite chilli sauce, to create Rogue Sriracha hot stout beer *SCREAM*

Hot chilli sauce and ice cold beer ? how does that even work?

We?ll admit it, we don?t have a clue. But what we do know is it?s a bloody brilliant idea, and without a doubt the bravest and most insanely sexy food/ drink collabo we?ve seen in a long time.

I love Rogue for their unusual fun brews.   I like the chipotle ale with food, and I will certainly try this if I can get my hands on it.

There are many things out there than can enhance beer flavor.... Siracha is not one of them....

I don't think this will be as bad as it sounds.  Peppery stouts are really tasty if done right.  A lot of the sriracha flavor will be masked by the dark malts leaving just the heat.  I look forward to trying it. :D

Sailfish Brewery by me makes a jalapeno beer called Lionfish Pale Ale that isn't bad, but i wouldn't want to drink a pint of it at once...
