Just a real quick question. Is this going to be compatible for the Jan release of autopatcher?

Thats the plan, i am awaiting the new release and it is crucial to the next release that

i have. if all goes as i anticipate, then the Jan release will work just fine w/ this version too.!!

ya, for some dumb reason i accientally put that line in there during an early beta test.

during the last part of cleaning up the formatting, i accientally hit delete and the line got bumped up there next to that line.

it was supposed to look like this...

REM - DO NOT CHANGE THIS VALUE

AUTOLOGONCOUNT=2

actually the correct way its written, REM actually doesnt get written to the winnt.sif file.

its just part of the batch file.

i cant believe i actually messed that up!! sloppy to say the least!!

im going to be working on the second release hardcore on saturday... cpugeniusmv, i hope you're free saturday!!

i'm free if i'm awake ;)

I got an email asking if the new AP for January will be compatible with this current release and the answer is YES!!

1.) If you got the FULL version

-just follow the directions in the batch

2.)If you got the UPDATED version

-extract all the new files to the root of the AP folder to over-write the older files and the new ones

-start the batch and follow the directions

its super easy to get the January edition Slipped.

At this point you should be using CDRW's for this task, so you wont waste CD-Rs

hmm...any guides to a NOT unattended slipstreamed cd???...i'm gonna use this on various boxes & i want to configure each & one of them uniquely....

if i delete the unatended section of the batch file will do???

thnx for your answers

p.s looks like i'm in for another format...want to try jan update slipstreamed cause installing it afterwards gives me the known error!

hey, im ignorant, and im pretty sure i read most threads, and skimmed in the rest, so thats how i shall justify this post. so appologize if it has already been asked.

this uses an origional windows xp cd, but what if my cd is ALREADY slipstreamed? so mine is wixp sp1 type thing thats all on one cd, i shouldnt have to explain this, im just high and it seems logical to! ANYWAYS, thats my question

for many of you, you have a CD that is already slipped w/ sp1... all you have to do

is delete out of the batch file the part about slipstreaming it.

save the batch file and then run it. it will slip APXP too.

i will have a modular batch file download for the second release of the SLIPXP ready here by Wednesday night.

>>flash_st ~

if you need to make various install CD's you can always extract the winnt.sif file from the i386 folder

and edit that to include CD keys and various user settings, copy that back to the i386 and burn the

new CD. its much easier that way than running that batch file over and over again for each CD.

    • Like the article stated, it's written completely from scratch, unlike the umpteen Chromium clones. It got its start as the browser built-in to the also written-from-scratch SerenityOS.
    • Hello, From looking at the screen shots in your motherboard's manual at https://endownload.colorful.cn/EnDownload/MotherBroard/2022/Intel 600/Manual/Intel 600 Series BIOS English/Intel 600 Series BIOS User Guide.pdf, you go to the ADVANCED option at the top of the BIOS (UEFI) menu, then select SECURITY in the list of options on the left.  From there  you can enable and set the Secure Boot mode. • Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3 is getting a simultaneous release across PC and all consoles by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Square Enix showed up to the Summer Game Fest presentation today with multiple trailers showing off its next chapter in the Final Fantasy VII Remake saga. The final chapter of this trilogy now has an official name too, with it being dubbed Final Fantasy VII Revelation, following up Final Fantasy VII Remake and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth from recent years. Vincent Valentine, Cid, Cloud, Barret, Tifa, and more showed up in the trailers as they battle against enemies, or 'Weapons,' from the final chapter. "As the world teeters on the brink of annihilation, the final battle against Sephiroth begins," says the trailer description. "A meteor mars the sky, monstrous planetary guardians wreak havoc across the globe, and the fires of war rage. Now, Cloud and his companions must stand against this chaos to not only decide the planet's fate, but bring a legendary conflict to its conclusion." Following the reveal trailer, the show also dropped some gameplay footage that shows off a new way to travel across the open world using the Highwind airship. Players will be able to swap characters on during battles, use tactical mode to synchronize with allies, and summon their entities. Cid Highwind and Vincent Valentine are joining the party this time too. “FINAL FANTASY VII, first released in 1997, has been beloved by fans for many years and has since become a “legend” in its own right," added producer Yoshinori Kitase. "The FINAL FANTASY VII Remake Series that began in 2020 with everyone’s passionate support is finally reaching its climactic finale with FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION. The story’s final destination represents my emotions spanning thirty years working on this title" One of the biggest revelations of this announcement, however, was the multiplatform release confirmation from the get-go. Square Enix will be releasing Final Fantasy VII Revelation across PC, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5 in Spring 2027 without any timed exclusivity programs.
    • Hello, Having a simple utility to allow Microsoft's customers to configure the context menu, with a few options like showing the current menu, showing a proposed menu/alternate configurations, loading and saving the settings, and a "reset to default" option would have solved this. Let Microsoft provide a recommended default look-and-feel, maybe a couple alternative configurations, like a basic/simplified version of that, and a more advanced version for that, and that would have been very well-received, I think. Microsoft could even had offered a library of different configurations, similar to what they have done in the past for Windows Media Player skins, Themes, and desktop wallpaper.
