FF keeps saying Flash and Jave Deployment Toolkt is outdated/unsafe and prevents it from loading

I keep getting these 2 notifications on FF. It started happening today. I haven't made any changes.

 

It says "Firefox has prevented the outdated plugin from running" and the other one I get is "Firefox has prevented the unsafe plugin "Java Deployment Toolkit" from running"

 

I've checked Flash and mine is absolutely up to date, even reinstalled it today for safe measure. Not sure about Java Deployment Toolkit though.

Flash should be version 16.0.0.235 (or higher if you have the beta)

 

I'm guessing you don't use the Java Deployment Toolkit, so just disable it.

Hmmm.... not sure why, but mine is 15,0,0,239, even after I update it from the website. I'll disable Java Deployment Toolkit

This is the link to the latest version for Firefox/Opera (this is the page with also the IE version linked). And remember to run the uninstaller first and run it TWICE.
