IIS Log Analyser?

Does anyone know of a free web-log analyser that will either run server-side on IIS6 (Windows Server 2003, CGI/Perl, no SQL) or on Mac OSX ?

I used to FTP to the server, grab the logs and then run a windows app called "weblog expert lite" which would run through the logs and produce a nice report, I'm not really bothered about the report, just some nice simple text stats such as hits, b/w, referrers and so on would do me fine.

I'd prefer an app I can run locally on OSX, as the server only keeps 7 days worth of logs and I don't want to make a huge mess of files and/or log cache on the server (it's only a small site, nice and clean :D :p)
