I was so surprised about this..... what do you think of this?

Possible spoiler on his role:

However, a report earlier this year claimed Sony wanted the actor to appear in Feig’s reboot in a new role: a supernatural skeptic named Martin Heiss, who attempts to debunk the Ghostbusters’ work.

I think this is BS, for a number of reasons, but most of all because from what I remember, a true Ghostbusters 3 sequel never happened because Murray kept saying no to it.  And now he'll do a cameo for this reboot/respin, sure it's not a big part but w/e, smh!

I doubt that this is just hot air. Murray pretty much suggested on who he would like to see in an all female Ghostbusters movie.

My expectations were low when they announced a reboot. They dropped lower when it was announced to be an all female cast (nothing against that per se, but it was in the wake of a lot of reboots trying a more feminine vibe.)

Having seen photos and interviews, I'm calling this a flop. It'll make enough money for them to think about a second round I think, but that won't last long.

meh, he was probably the character I disliked the most in the original films so I don't really care either way.

Most people here thinks the film is going to be bad so that means its going to be a hit. I seen people here get hyped for movies on here that turn out bad too many times.

You're saying that as if SNL is a stamp of quality and not a stamp of absolutely horrible "comedy"(and I use the word extremely liberally)...

Well.... Bill Murray and Dan Akroyd came from SNL and the original Ghostbusters was pretty darn funny....

But I get your overall point.

Should there be concern for director Paul Feig that people seem more excited over the cameos in "Ghostbusters" than his new cast? With Dan Akroуd, Bill Murraу, Ernie Hudson, and Annie Potts all confirmed to return, fans have been anxiouslу waiting to find out if Sigourneу Weaver would be joining them, and now we know that she will. Feig announced on Twitter (and had some sharp words which we'll get to in a minute) that Weaver had joined the cast of his "Ghostbusters" reboot, but don't expect her to be reprising her role of Dana Barrett. I think what the fans think has been clear from day 1, most don't care about the reboot or whatever you want to call it, and hell, even Paul Feig knows, otherwise if he had so much confidence in his cast he wouldn't grab all the original cast to do cameos left and right, there just wouldn't be any need or reason to.   I don't buy the thing that it's out of respect for the originals and all that, very few reboots bother to do this type of thing, no, I think the studio knows it's got a uphill battle to try and win the fans over and that's the only reason this is happening.
