I'm not one to follow reviews for movies in general, you won't know if you like or hate a movie until you see it for yourself.   This could just be a case of bias reviews giving it a positive light, we'll see if it holds up over time.

Absolutely. There's no one that can tell you whether you'll a movie better than you can tell yourself.

For me it could be the best movie ever made and I'd refuse to pay to see it on principle of how Paul Feig and others reacted to negative criticism of the trailers.

Sorry but that's not how you treat your potentials customers when you want them to give you their money.

I just recently watch review about the Ghostbuster (2016) OST which are not featured in the released trailers,

the arrangement/music was performed by "Fall Out Boy", because of possible copyright flag the review do not featuring the actual music/OST

but he warn viewers how bad the OST is.

So i look up on my spotify, and I concluded that the review are absolutely correct, the music was done very bad;, and truly an insult the the original Ghostbuster's theme music..

wtf is that trash... that's not even music... or singing...

I wouldn't go that far, I could see myself listening to it while trying to get something done. That said, it's as memorable as a pigeon. It's nothing compared to the original.

ironic that bill murray refused to do gb3 but said yes to this.

He really should of done it before Harold Ramis kicked the bucket.

i recently found it and it's actually really good and very authentic to the original movie(s), even the voice acting is decent.

one of the first missions is a return to the hotel and capture some more ghosts.

im intending to avoid this like the plague tbvh, I dont find Melissa Mcarthy funny in the slightest.

Apparently Leslie Jones blew up on Twitter and said she was leaving it after all the abuse she was getting including "someone sending a snap of "semen on her photo"....Hmmmm lovely. Some people are taking this farrrr too seriously, it's just a film. https://www.theguardian.com/film/filmblog/2016/jul/19/twitter-attacks-on-ghostbusters-leslie-jones

Despite thinking this would be really bad after seeing preview trailers, saw it with my daughter yesterday and I actually thought it wasn't too bad! Not bad for PG movie!

7/10

I however found bimbo secretary guy way over done to stupidity- even if that was the point...

Saw this 2 days ago. I would say that this rivals gb2 for the number 2 spot.

If you haven't seen the trailers, if you haven't given in to the negative reviews, if you just want to see a gb reboot...go for it, you may be pleasantly surprised with the few jump out of your seat moments, Thor brought down to stupid levels, and some pretty good cameos. Too bad no Rick Moranis though but you did get to see the entire living cast otherwise.   My kids loved it and they saw the previous 2 as well as played and beat the gb video game for Xbox 360.

    • Microsoft admits one of the most crucial Outlook features is currently broken by Sayan Sen Microsoft is making some decent progress when it comes to Windows 11. Recently we have confirmed reports of some rather useful improvements landing in the next version of the OS, 26H2, wherein GPU driver TDR crashes may finally be fixed, plus the company is also allowing users to disable web content on the Search. On the Outlook front though things have not been so rosy. Last month in May we reported several problems affecting basic functionalities on the app. These included a problem where documents would open blank or corrupt themselves. Following that, Quick Steps, a very useful feature, would no longer work correctly, and finally, Microsoft acknowledged a problem wherein images would fail to load up properly inside the email. Microsoft had resolved those bugs later and almost exactly a month after we reported on them, the company has now admitted a new similarly basic issue, this time on Macs. Users recently started noticing that Outlook would no longer display email threads properly as the original message itself was not displayed. An affected user Tsoumpas, C (ngmb) nicely described the problem in a forum post they made on Microsoft's site. They wrote: "Description of the issue: After updating Outlook for Mac [Version 16.110 (26061317)] on 18/6/2026, replying to any email no longer includes the original message in the reply window. Prior to the update, replies correctly contained the original email text below my response. Expected behavior: The original message should be included in the reply, as in previous Outlook versions and according to the configured reply settings. Actual behavior: The reply window contains only a blank composition area (or only my response), with none of the original email text included." Obviously this must be a highly frustrating for users as noted by several in that thread. The post, at the time of writing, has also been upvoted by more than 40 users indicating that is a fairly widespread bug. Thankfully Microsoft seems to have acknowledged the problem right around that time as it opened a new issue on its official website. In the support article, the company recommends switching to Outlook for Mac from the legacy app, where the problem appears to be happening.
