compl3x
I always get messages like "Something happened at our end. Please refresh your browser or close it and sign in again." Of course I have tried all of those things but these problems persists. Is this a known issue? Are there any resolutions (not changing browser or email provider)? Thanks
dipsylalapo Supervisor Posted February 12, 2015 Supervisor Share Posted February 12, 2015 I get this sometimes too, usually find it happens when the window has been idle for a a while (usually > 1 hour). I find a refresh usually fixes the problem. Quite bad that I've become used to the issue and just live with it now.

compl3x
Yeahhhhh I get that too. F5, move on. That doesn't do anything. The error just keeps showing up. It's especially bad when you try to change folders. I've had this problem show up on completely new systems or systems which had just been reformatted. binaryzero 1 Share

It's likely to do with the service rather then the machine. Try Ctrl + F5 or visiting the page again.
binaryzero
Ah maybe I reload the tab, can't remember.

I can eventually fix it by refreshing a few times or, at worst, signing out and back in, but I was wondering if anyone knew the exact cause. Do Chrome and Outlook just not play nice with each other? remixedcat
Opera uses now, the same rendering engine as Chrome, webkit so...
Boo Berry
Opera uses now, the same rendering engine as Chrome, webkit so... Blink, actually. Yes, I can confirm this as well. Perhaps using an auto-reload extension on Outlook to keep the page active might help?
Ironman273
I've had issues with Chrome and Outlook for a while. Usually when I leave it open (which I used to do) it would crash the tab. Now I just open it when I need it.
