Question
flynempire
At our website at Godaddy I created a subdomain named mobile.kleinerts.com
The thing is when you type it in it redirects to www.kleinerts.com/mobile and goes to a 404 error page. Could this be caused by our .htaccess file?
I created this subdomain with Godaddy tech over the phone and then once it was created was going to install an application in there like Joomla. The folder where the subdomain points to is empty and it should have something in it.
It shows the application installed. Never had this problem with two other hosting/domain accounts we have. The subdomains worked just fine.
If you need to see the contents of the .htaccess let me know.
Thanks
