Chrome Hangouts App Closing On Drag

Anyone else here use (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hangouts/nckgahadagoaajjgafhacjanaoiihapd?utm_source=chrome-app-launcher-info-dialog)

 

All of a sudden if I drag it, it brings up a white application window and if I let go, the app disappears. I have to exit and re-load.

 

Seems it must have been broken on last update?

For me it started with the main icon and window developing the white border, but now having same issue, waiting for an update to fix it, but it's more of an annoyance to me, have my phone
