Looking to sell my 360 + games, how much is this worth?

I have an Xbox 360 E model (250GB), second wireless controller, Turtle Beach X12 headset and the following games

Wondering roughly how much I would get for all that on eBay or the like?

You look to be able to get fairly new Xbox 360 consoles (S or E models) on Ebay with a 250gb hard drive for

The eBay sold prices for the 360 E 250 vary a lot, from as low as $75 to as high as $269 depending on the condition. Around $130 seems to be about the average though, then with all the games I would probably list it at the high end and if it doesn't sell you can always lower the price. Personally I would probably list most of the games separately. It's more work and it will probably take longer to sell them all but in total you'll probably get more for them that way. Individual games go for around $5 to $15 each depending on the title.
