App Recommendations

Hi all,

 

I was looking for some recommendations on maintenance type apps. The requirements are that the app is free. It can be for advanced users as well as novice users. I just want to get an idea on how do you maintain your systems.

I run a disk-cleanup tool every now and then just to clean things out (I use CCleaner. No idea if it's the best tool for this on Mac, and I'm too lazy to do any research to find out). 

 

That's all I do.

OnyX is totally free, I use it all the time, it keeps my Mac clean and running smoothly.
