In Windows 10 it looks really good, the dark theme that is. That is the one complaint I have with Chrome right now for Windows 10. It looks bad. I wish there was a theme option like that for Chrome. You can change some texts color, button colors, and background images, but that's it. To make Chrome look like Edge, it would take a much heavier type of modification. You would modify some DLL to change how elements look in chrome.
