Cheep VPS with UK hosting?

was wanting to setup a linux hosted box out of the UK, really modest needs 128 meg ram 15 gig storage, 1 UK ip address 200 gig transfer.

 

Ideas?

There are cheap options in france, they tend to add 8-10ms to the latency for UK users, but the bandwidth is great.

 

online.net is who I use (much better than the OVH similar offers)

I have a HA hyper-v Cluster hosted there, I could rent you a VPS from that.
