Help , Windows 10 lock screen app problems

Hi all, I've bit the bullet again & upgraded to windows 10 again, this is the second time I've done this, first time was a nightmare, anyway down to the problem, I have setup my calendar in windows 10 with all my events/birthdays etc and I would like them to appear on the lock screen when an event arises, now when I go into personalisation / lockscreen, "chose an app to show detailed status", click on add button, only thing I get is "none" ,there is nothing to select, same with the "choose app to show quick status" none are listed and when I try to add one all I get is "NONE" in the pop up list.

I have other accounts on this pc & they work fine, just my main admin account.. Any ideas anyone
