Program to store CD Keys / license numbers

I use ConnectWise at work, but ummm yeah that might be a bit of a stretch for home use.

There's a great one built into windows, right click, new text document

Excel or any basic spreadsheet software. One column for the name of the program and another column for the key.

That is what I do now.

To bad there is no software that does this that makes it pretty.

I use KeePass. Just use the password field for the serial or attach a file to an entry if it is license file, etc. Works well for me as is nice and secure but very easy to access should I need to elsewhere.

I use 1Password for storing my website logins, licences, and anything else confidential. Everything is encrypted, and I can access my data on Windows, OSX and Android (or an iPhone if i had one).

why would anyone need anything other than notepad to store text information like lic keys?  Excel is even over kill for something so basic..  But sure if you use a password program, you could put them in a note in there as well.  I use lastpass and just create a note to put this sort of info.
