I read about the upcoming MSN toolbar on www.mess.be...i went to the page (toolbar.msn-int.com) and got this message: (note: I use a static IP)

likely they are blocking all IPs except those that the internal teams use, hence everyone here gets the same error...

Would perhaps assume it's an intranet (not general internet) available site.

bill is not an awful person, and he does not feel that way about money. there are plenty of people with billions, how many of those people give to charity? if you look into fact books not many...bill gives a **** load
