is there a good icall alternative  for windows?

i know only essentialpim  and VueMinder (but it's a bit messy , i mean ical it's powerful but simple and clear

looking for a desktop software for windows 10 and 7 , that can sync with google calendar

If it's a Windows environment then best option could be Outlook's calendar, I would assume that most Windows shops also use Office
