Can't delete health data source

I can't seem to delete this health data source called mPower. Some have suggested to reinstall the app and delete it and it will go. I can't install the app because it's no longer available.

 

It has been stuck there for a while and is bugging me, anyone have any ideas including a hack to remove it?

Do you see the app listed there?  If you do, tap on it, tap on edit, and then choose delete all.

That won't work for health app that came with the phone ...

 

Since OP used third party called mPower and it might be able to be deleted. If not. the health data can not be deleted unless you reset it.

 

I have heath data on mine but can not be deleted.

I read it was a bug and has now been fixed but you have to download the app again and delete it.

 

this was a app I downloaded when health was first announced I think it was some experiment app.

 

i can't really reset I have too much data and I'd also like to keep my current health data
