Unpacking RAR files on Macs (OS X)?

Im having problema with MAC also to unpack rar. files.i use "the unarchiever" but works good for some rar. files and some it jist says it cannot unpack and videos etc don't show...what can i do again to get rar. files to work on MAC?

unrar x filename.rar

Last time I tried it, it couldn't handle resource forks correctly, which was odd for a native Mac app.
