Lumia 950 screen crack, Need a replacement

My Lumia 950 screen crack. I drop it on the concrete. It was only 2 feet from the ground but it killed the glass. Anyone, I didn't have a replacement warranty on it because after owning 12 smart phones in the last 7 years, I have never broken a screen. Which my luck this was the first time I buy a phone at full price. :-(

 

I decided to get a new Lumia 950 and trade in a Lumia 925 to save $150 on the phone. Now, I'm thinking I want to repair the phone myself and save the $500 I spend on a new Lumia 950. Everywhere I look I'm seeing it at $200 and no one around me is willing to replace a Lumia. Any website where I can buy a screen replacement on the cheap and should I take the change to replace it myself?

Did you look at the spec on the screen? 4.8 inches and 1280 by 768. No thanks!

probably a spec error by the seller. this is what you have to deal with if you want cheap. check a different seller on that site. ive bought one of these hundred dollar ones for a replacement, it was like original. you can always do a credit card chargeback if the product isn't right.
