Is Adobe's Dreamweaver still the go-to WYSIWYG HTML editor?

I am a beginner.

 

The last time I tried a bit of web design, which was around 10 years ago, Adobe Dreamweaver was the main WYSIWYG HTML software around.

 

Is it still?

You know, I don't think there is a "go-to WYSIWYG" editor anymore.  What I mean is that in the last (x) years, I've not seen anyone using WYSIWYG editors, and people have learned to code properly.

You'd be better off using http://muse.adobe.com/ , at the end of the day, WYSIWYG is just never going to be good so what you're looking for is the best of a bad bunch.

No you are correct, I much prefer to work on a local web server and check in multiple browsers.
