BoDEAN
I am running the latest version of El Captain, on a 2015 iMAC. My iTunes library is on my Synology NAS. I am using an ASUS RT3100 router. Over the last month, I keep getting these random popup's. "We could not complete your iTunes Store Request. The network connect timed out." This happens daily. My internet works fine, and I am not loosing connections. I've even reinstalled (Downloaded again the latests 12.4 iTunes) and it still happens. How do I fix this? User6060
A good number of times I come back from sleep mode to have this iTunes dialogue displayed. Usually if I was streaming apple Music and went to sleep. The software just ain't good. BinaryData
Looks like it's timing out because of another setting. Do you have a screen saver or anything of that sort? Could also be that Apple is killing it too. Personally, I'd find an alternative media player to use. iTunes just flat out sucks. Apple keeps getting worse.
