NotChetHanks
Hey folks. I have 2 extra monitors and instead of throwing them away, I'm going to build 2 budget PC's for my kids to do homework. I want them as CHEAP as possible. Looking to spend about $200-$300 and that includes everything besides a monitor and case. I have those. Might not even have an optical drive. My budget is very flexible so if it goes over $300 I'm not gonna hate you guys. Thanks a bunch. Ask anything you need to. Skiver Veteran Posted September 30, 2016 Veteran Share Posted September 30, 2016 Other than whats already been suggested, I'd also consider a laptop/notebook. Having that portability will also be a great thing and they can still use the monitors as a second screen which could be a massive boost.
