OBS Studio Not Connecting to Server

Hello,

 

I am new to this forum but I have been having issues with OBS since the 15th of March (or last Wednesday) this has caused me not to be able to stream or record the content I have to record. Due to this, there have not been any uploads on my channel. Please help.
