Adding vertical lines to line chart in Excel 2016?

Such as these red lines I added in Paint:

 

 

I simply can't find the option

Assuming this is a recent version of Excel

 

1. Highlight your chart or data series
2. On the Design ribbon, select 'Add Chart Element' (top left)
3. Select 'Lines' > 'Drop Lines'
