Your ZOTAC link made it through the gauntlet for one reason - Amazon.com itself was the seller.

From a modern perspective, you would not notice the limits imposed by the PCI bus over the limits imposed by the GPU.

 

If working, the card is an excellent upgrade to the Intel GPU in the Chipset.

 

It would make a world of difference to playing games from 2002 to 2004 and low settings on 2004 to 2008

 

I'm sure somewhere in the vast megaplex of the internet exists people for which that is some kind of gaming "sweet spot"

 

For Windows 10, the built-in Microsoft package of the retro NVIDIA driver would work OK. There is also a legacy NVIDIA driver that runs in Windows 7 Compat mode which I think has better OpenGL support.
