To-do app, drag & drop from /compatible with MS Outlook 2016 for Mac

I am new to Mac and its apps/feats.

 

I am looking for an to-do list item app for Mac in which I can manually drag an email from MS Outlook 2016 for Mac to this program (from one monitor to another) - preferably not ffwd-ing like Nozbe - and have it in some sort of calendar.

The to-do app must categorize and display these to-do items.

 

I have tried todoist and wunderlist, but these programs doesn't offer - at least in the free version - this drag and drop from app A to app B.

 

Which to-do app is suitable for this job and can I use?

Try using Reminders from Apple. It has a calendar that you enable from the View entry in the menu bar
