FM Beta Big Problem

I usually play in windowed mode, my monitor is 1080p on 24in Monitor.

The game just opens up in semi full screen and seems locked this way, 

I even uninstalled steam, deleted all steam directories and Football Manager directory in Documents and tried again.

Same thing happens with both version of the game.

Any help please?

Why not go full-screen? But one thing you can try is press alt+enter while in the game to switch between full-screen and windowed mode. Are you using an Nvidia GPU? If so you can use Geforce Experience to configure the game to run windowed or full screen.

Pressing Alt+Enter does nothing, I am using a 7950
