How do I bend a line in Photoshop?

in Photoshop, how would i "bend" or at least be able to warp graphics? I know how to warp text, but i don't see an option for warping graphics.

More particurly a line. I want to know how to curve a line.

don't you use the pen tool?

If you want to create a curved line from scratch, use the pen tool.

If you have a pre-made graphic and you want to bend it, there are various warping filters that do the trick to some extent.

You might be able to do it by playing around with the wave filter.
