Installing AD on server 2012 R2 issue

As @xendrome said, you need to change the password of the default Administrator account.

 

Right-click on the Start button (or press Win key + X) > Computer Management > Local Users & Groups > Users > Et voila, change your Administrator password. 

It will need to be at least 8 characters with one uppercase and one number (I think) eg. Password1 (<< Bad example).

That worked fine. Gary, thx for telling me the path to change it and TYVM to the both of you in helping me. :)
