Installing AD on server 2012 R2 issue

hi, Trying to install active directory on win server 2012 r2. I keep on getting the following error"

What is cozing this issue with the password?

As @xendrome said, you need to change the password of the default Administrator account.

 

Right-click on the Start button (or press Win key + X) > Computer Management > Local Users & Groups > Users > Et voila, change your Administrator password. 

It will need to be at least 8 characters with one uppercase and one number (I think) eg. Password1 (<< Bad example).
