As far as I know, Ophcrack doesn't work on Win10 machine any more.

I learned about this on its website last week , any suggestions ?

I have used the DART tools to reset passwords.  Not sure if Hirens can do it.   I have made it a habit on my friends/familys PCs to create another admin account and assign my own password.  That way if something happens, I know I will be able to get in to the system.

It seems complicated....... anyway , thanks .

No it's not really, it's pretty simple. I've always just renamed cmd then once done just rename it right back. In these instructions, they use the copy command to duplicate it renamed. All he is saying is to delete the duplicate.

I got NT password and Ophcrack , but they didn't work for me.

They are highly recommended free tools , they work for those professionals .

Google it : https://www.recoverywindowspassword.com/bypass-windows-10-8-7-login-password.html

Or read them carefully : https://www.lifewire.com/free-windows-password-recovery-tools-2626179

                                           https://www.passfolk.com/

They work for people who are not professionals.

The utilman/cmd method is by far the best way of fixing this as it does not require any 3rd-party tools (which may be of dubious origin).

Anyway, use a PIN if you are incapable of holding an 8-character password in your head for longer than 24 hours.
