I was thrilled when they added KODI to the store on the XBox One. But while it's ok for plugins, DVDs and videos on a locally attached external drive, I was really hoping to be able to use it with my media server running TVersity. TVersity has always worked well for me, and the XBO version of VLC works well with it. But KODI doesn't see the TVersity server.
So for now, I've copied a portion of my collection to a spare external hard drive. It works well but is a bit inconvenient.
AS it turns out, playing from network shares is supported, but only using the NFS protocol, which isn't included in Win 10 Home. I've heard reports that it is available in Pro, other reports that you have to go all the way up to Enterprise to get it.
So my question is: Is there a program that adds the ability to act as an NFS host to Windows 10 Home?
