I came out in Spring/Summer of 1997. It added:

Better USB support

AGP support

FAT32 support

a FAT16 to FAT32 converter

Did you know there was also an OSR 2.5? It was mainly bugfixes--no new features.

Rally? It's ancient? Thanks for pointing that one out. Heck, it's obviously not of any use for say, reference or information! Let's all burn our history books.

Another note: Did 95 have usb support? Thought that was 98 se. Oh well, my bad!

Windows 95b had no USB Support, USB came in with windows 98

but there was an OEM only release of 95 dubbed Windows 95c that included USB support

No they ain't, there were two incarnations of Windows 95 - A & B, then Windows 95 OSR 2 was released in late 1997 which was C.

Right...somewhat:

a) Windows 95 out of the box had no USB support.

b) Windows 95 OSR2 had limited USB support.

c) Windows 95 OSR2.5 also had limited USB support. You could use a mouse/keyboard or scanner...that's about it.
