Taskbar color change

Does anyone know how to change the taskbar color from off white to a medium color grey or a little darker? I tried this

But when I got down to the part where it says Show color on taskbar, Start menu and Action Center   mine is grayed out. I proceeded on with this part

 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize

 

and the rest of it didnt work. Any help is appreciated.

Do you have "Light" selected in "Choose your color" ... that will cause the "Start, taskbar, and action center" part to be grayed out.
