Sounds like a generic music bed. Production company likely subscribes to a catalog of bed music.

Managed to clean it up a little but even so, Google Search, Shazam and SoundHound can't work it out:
 

Will report back here if / when I find out what it is as even if it is from a library, it'll still have a name.
