Brushed WMP9

Another skin, 100% unoriginal :rofl: Based on an idea from timan, I like the smooth brushed feel so just extended it to this skin. You'd never guess where I got the layout from! :| Feels like I've come a long way since my first OpusOS skin technically. Fully resizable like the Azure WMP9 skin.

Looks more metallic than brushed. Brushed usually have dark "stripes" in it..
