I have a below blog on WordPress

Core Voila

 

When I post an article and open the site on any browser it doesn't show new changes until explicit refresh. On refresh it show latest changes. any idea or clue will be appreciated.

Try adding the Cache-Control headers to your responses.

If you're using some kind of blogging software/platform, check it's documentation for adding custom headers, or it may even have an option for it.
