FireFox PNG

Just a quick attempt at taking the FireFox png and making a PNG for my dock.

For some reason it appears rather small on the dock when not mouseover'd. My base size is 55px, but other icons appear larger at the same size. Not sure what is causing this.

It's not 100% 128x128 so yea its a little bit smaller than the 128 default - again - it was a quick one ;)

It's because there is a rather large empty border around the actual icon.

This icon isn't blurry under magnification like the other one, but that size difference is kinda bugging me. Perhaps the original poster can clean up the icon when he gets some extra time.

This one looks exactly the same as other blokes icon in that thread pixel for pixel, except the edge has been blurred plus has a drop down shadow now. Also both are warped in ObjectDock :o

I have one that looks exactly like this only it doesn't have the border, but it gets pixelated when it scales beyond 80 px. I think I found it here as someone's avatar. I grabbed it to see what it looks like, and it has the drop shadow and all.

This "bloke" took the image from the firefox homepage and masked it in Photoshop (still have the PSD file). Therefore the original source is not 128x128 - I was hoping to find a bigger one (like the whole image used on the "about" menu in firefox). Anyway - the dropshadow is a photoshop default with a little tweak. Then exported to a PNG-24. I don't like mine because it is small but use it because it looks cut-out/masked better to me (i'm biased though hehehe). If anyone has larger source let me know - there are some other pngs floating out there now but some have pretty jagged edges (again IMHO). Thanks!

I had to resave it due to image crashing the dock on mouseover for both icons. The about dialog is superb, only firefox team will have that beauty id imagine ;)
