How to format USB Memory Stick to FATX

Ok, I have a 16MB USB Thumbdrive, and I have it set up the the XBox sees the drive itself... Now. How do I get the gamesave from MechAssault to the USB drive, so the Xbox will read it, I have tried just copying it over...

I have looked on xbox-scene.com, and I just tried to access their forums, which seem to be down... Help!

I think you just select the memory card and format it (I can't remember what the xbox calls it though) basically what it does is format it.

The problem I had was going through windows to allow Action Replay to see it, but after I edited the action replay drivers, everything worked.
