drag the replace.txt file in the closed replacer.cmd and enjoy it.

The files are only for XP SP1 HomeEdition.

And you need a 32bit color Compatible Grafik Cart.

Download it here:

i just replaced my msgina.dll using yours with replacer and now i cant even get into windows...i got into mandrake but when i boot windows the login screen is just all black with just the mouse cursor on it...what can i do? it wont even boot into safe mode...

hi stefanka, nice work, great screenshots. but sadly i couldn't get it to work on my computer. i am using your replacer script but it always screws up and aborts when I get to the shimgvw.dll file. the first time i tried, it couldn't copy the file into the temp folder (i forgot what it was called) because there was some vb script in the folder, so i moved the script out of the folder. then i tried again, and it started copying temp files to my C drive, it failed too. what is shimgvw.dll anyways? is it necessary or can i just edit the script and skip it? are there any known software conflicts that would cause this? would having another system file package such as FlyaKiteSP1 4.0 cause any problems? is there another alternative way to install your files that would prevent this problem? i would greatly appreciate it if you, or anyone else for that matter, could shine some light on this, and please keep it easy as i am relatively new to this. thanks, and i hope i haven't bombarded you with too many questions.

whew....i totally forgot i have sp2....it wouldn't logon becuase the logon loads up msgina.dll...hahaha but i booted through recovery console and loaded up one of my own msginas and it worked.....

Yes, the files are only for XPSP1 Homeedition!

for those who dont have cable or more than 56k, you shouldhave just posted the bmps and the dialog text maybe in a txt file for those who can do it themselves. THis solves the problem of uploading a massive file which takes too long to download,

and fixes the compatibility. If u do that, people without sp 1 or on pro or sp2 could use your pack.

That is not possible. I published the German language files some time ago. The Frenchmen, Spanich, and Chinese konvertet it. Only the Englishtalking People are not able to convert it. Thus I made. That are not as simply as you think.

Enjoy my fine English

    • Report: iPhone Air isn't dead, and a second-generation model is planned for 2027 by Hamid Ganji Image via Apple Since the launch of the iPhone Air, we’ve heard conflicting rumors and speculation about the fate of Apple's ultra-thin iPhone. As it turns out, Apple is not going to ditch the Air model from its lineup, and a second generation is already planned for next year. As reported by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, citing people familiar with the matter, the second-generation iPhone Air is planned for spring 2027 and is poised to receive notable upgrades. The upgraded model, codenamed V62, will reportedly feature an additional rear camera for ultrawide photography. The new camera system is said to be in advanced testing within Apple. Gurman also says the second-generation iPhone Air could offer better battery life, either through a larger battery or software improvements. The overall design of the device is expected to remain unchanged. A single rear camera and below-average battery life were among the biggest drawbacks of the first-generation iPhone Air despite its $999 price tag. Hopefully, the next iPhone Air will fare better. Gurman also added that the device will be powered by the A20 Pro processor. The release of the second-generation iPhone Air in spring 2027 aligns with previous reports that Apple is shaking up the iPhone release cycle. Accordingly, the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the company’s first foldable iPhone are expected to launch in September 2026, followed by the iPhone 18 and the new iPhone Air roughly six months later. The 20th-anniversary iPhone is also reportedly planned for fall 2027. Meanwhile, if you’re planning to buy the refreshed iPhone Air, Apple might surprise you with a new price tag. As we reported today, CEO Tim Cook confirmed that price increases are on the way due to rising memory chip costs and a severe shortage. With that in mind, analysts estimate that the base iPhone 18 Pro could cost as much as $1,399 this year. The current $999 iPhone Air may not be immune to those price hikes.
