Video issue

What causes a black box to appear in a forum post like i see here when viewing a thread. I assume it is an image or video. How do I fix this issue. Happens in chrome. I will see if it happens in edge in a few minutes.

It is an embedded youtube video. It dont work in chrome but works fine with edge.
