What is the best method to block internet to a computer without removing the network cable

Just for troubleshooting, I want to disable the internet on one computer that is only used for the local CCTV system. It needs to have local network access for the camera's, but does not need internet access. I want to disable the internet for troubleshooting purposes, nothing else.
