Still haven't gotten Office Visual Refresh on Windows 11 and Office 2021

Am i doing something wrong? All the articles say that Windows 11 users are guaranteed the visual refresh in Office, but I still haven't gotten it.

wondering if im doing something wrong? I don't have the megaphone icon to enable it.

 

i have actual office 2021 pro plus, not the 365 version.

I’m guessing since that’s pro plus 2021, your company supplied it? If so, LTSC 2021 will not get the visual refresh.

finally got the update yesterday. weird it took so long for me to get it.

I still don't get it unless I move to Insider. They apparently aren't rolling it out to everyone at once. I also noticed that Mica has gone missing in MS Word on Windows 11, so I am guessing they are still adjusting it.

it's weird, didnt they start the public roll out last October of November? It's nothing major but a skin update, so i'm not sure why they're being so stingy with it.
