In days gone by, I think I used to have something called jDownloader (may have been spyware infested), which could download stuff from file sharing websites.
However, many of these websites want you to wait for 30 seconds, only allow one download, very slow speeds, or having to wait an hour before it'll allow more downloads.
Not asking for anything to bypass any of this but if there's a program that I can paste a whole bunch of links in and then it'll happily plough through them whenever it can, so I can set and forget...
