She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (Disney+)

Recommended Posts

Was a little hesitant about this after the first teaser or two...but this trailer looks pretty good.  Enjoyed the banter between the cousins.

Stay for the end of the trailer...Marvel also announced a Daredevil series will be coming in 2024 with Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio.

Though I didn't create a topic for it ... Ms. Marvel on Disney+ was pretty good.  Recommended.

Not sure, looks kind of silly.

I wasn't going to bother with Ms. Marvel but ended up watching and quite enjoyed it. Maybe this will be the same for me.

Well, it IS intended to be a comedy... That tends to give shows a bit more leeway...

We'll see.

I'm already put off by the "look how naturally better I am because I'm a woman" crap. He had to go through

years of literal hell trying to be The Hulk, and the trailer shows her just taking to it like a fish to water.

Once again... "The Message". Meh.

Um.. Have you ever read the She-Hulk comics, by any chance?

Tried to like it, but after the third episode, I'm out.

On Facebook there was some heated discussion about the above scene, and a lot of feminist's getting triggered over people saying they can't get into the show, and scenes like that make it cringe. It has a 5.1 rating on IMDB after 75K votes. Marvel and Hollyweird just keeps sinking further and further with the crap and side-sh*t-shows they are milking from the franchise, of course I am hardy an authority on all things Marvel, and I fully expect someone to put me in place, because I don't understand sh*t (or something)!

I've decided to start watching Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law (8.0 rating on IMDB after 12K votes).

It's great!

If you like She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, good luck to you :)

One can debate if the show is good or not but who the hell cares what anyone is saying on Facebook?  We all know there is someone, somewhere triggered about everything.

That twerking scene was so bad I just stopped the episode and moved on to Daredevil S2.

I am questioning you actually watched the show and just read about the twerking on Facebook. It was like a 30 second extra scene during the closing credits so you watched the whole episode.

IMO The show is OK and I find it entertaining for what it is which is a light hearted, comedic mini-series based on a more "minor" Marvel character that wasn't always taken seriously even for a superhero comic. We certainly don't need 12 one hour episodes for She-Hulk.

Calm your tits, bot.

I watched the whole episode and that twerking scene was unnecessary and pointless.

It was just a silly post credit scene for laughs... like the avengers Shawarma scene.

I'm just taking the show as a straight up comedy, It's not that bad personally...

Spoiler

Although I'm really only watching for the Daredevil cameo.

Yeah, I'm enjoying the show as well. Some parts genuinely made me laugh out loud. I feel sorry for the people saying things like "Disney has destroyed marvel." I mean get a life, it's just a stupid TV show lol.

So... let me get this straight... you stopped the last episode available... after the credits? Sounds like you are just parroting what others are saying, and doing a bad job at it lol

Man, I hear ya.  I got as far as this scene, and I just LOST IT:

I STOPPED IMMEDIATELY, walked out of the theater, complained to the management, demanded a refund, and posted a horrible review on Yelp.

I took a look at your YouTube show in your signature... and wow! Amazing acting! I really thought I was looking at 3 mentally disabled humans. Very convincing.

BAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!!!  Well played!

.... Aaaaaaaaanyway.. Back to the show.  Honestly, this isn't even a particularly good comedy.  I hate that they've turned Wong into a comic sidekick, the CGI was pretty sub-par for what they're capable of, the story was weak as f and don't get me started on her "date"...

I think I'm done with this trash.

Not done with it...they are short episodes so whatever.  The last episode, the Wong one, was just so...ugh.  I was asking myself why any of that would actually happen (Wong filing suit...just stupid).

Anyway, the story writing in this series has been pretty bad IMO ... the She-Hulk CGI isn't very good (why does she have to be bad-CGI-She-Hulk while in the office/court/etc.)  The whole dating thing was dumb to.

Anyway...on to the next episode.

Frankly, I’m enjoying the series.  Never followed the comics on her, so I can’t compare it to anything.  The CGI is off at times and they could have gotten a real person for some of the far shots of her standing and walking scenes where you can’t see her face.

The last episode was a head scratcher, just take the Sling Ring back and be done with it.

Absolute trash - Disney is ruining things as usual and milking the demographic.

Stopped watching after 10mins...

Watched new Thor and was again put off by the obvious same sex desires shown by two actors.

Why?? Does not need it added at any point or any reference to such.

    • NASA: This asteroid may not kill us but it probably won't be far off either by Sayan Sen Image by Zelch Csaba via Pexels New observations by NASA's James Webb Space Telescope have eliminated the last remaining impact threat posed by asteroid 2024 YR4, ruling out the possibility that the near-Earth object could strike the Moon in December 2032. NASA said observations collected by Webb on February 18 and 26, 2026, enabled scientists to refine the asteroid's orbit enough to "rule out a chance of lunar impact on Dec. 22, 2032." Instead, asteroid 2024 YR4 is now expected to pass the Moon at a distance of about 13,200 miles (21,200 km). The agency stressed that the update "reflects improved precision in our understanding of where the asteroid is expected to be in 2032 rather than a shift in its orbital path." The announcement closes a remarkable chapter in planetary defence that began in late 2024, when the approximately 60-metre-wide asteroid briefly became the most closely watched near-Earth object in the world. Discovered on December 27, 2024, by the ATLAS telescope in Chile, 2024 YR4 initially appeared to have a small chance of colliding with Earth on December 22, 2032. As astronomers gathered more observations, the impact probability briefly climbed to around 3%—the highest ever recorded for an asteroid of its size—before steadily falling as its orbit became better understood. By early 2025, international observations had ruled out any significant risk to Earth. However, astronomers were left with another possibility: a roughly 4% chance that the asteroid could instead strike the Moon. "The probability that asteroid 2024 YR4 will strike the Moon on 22 December 2032 is now approximately 4%," the European Space Agency (ESA) had said last year, noting that "there is a 96% chance that the asteroid will not impact the Moon." ESA said such an impact, while unlikely, would have presented an extraordinary scientific opportunity. "It is a very rare event for an asteroid this large to impact the Moon – and it is rarer still that we know about it in advance. The impact would likely be visible from Earth, and so scientists will be very excited by the prospect of observing and analysing it," said Richard Moissl, Head of ESA's Planetary Defence Office. "It would certainly leave a new crater on the surface. However, we wouldn't be able to accurately predict in advance how much material would be thrown into space, or whether any would reach Earth," he added. The asteroid also exposed an important blind spot in planetary defence. Because 2024 YR4 approached Earth from the direction of the Sun, it remained hidden from ground-based telescopes until after its closest approach. "We looked into how Neomir would have performed in this situation, and the simulations surprised even us," Moissl said. "Neomir would have detected asteroid 2024 YR4 about a month earlier than ground-based telescopes did. This would have given astronomers more time to study the asteroid's trajectory and allowed them to much sooner rule out any chance of Earth impact in 2032." He added, "As an infrared telescope, like Webb, Neomir would have also immediately given us a much better estimate for the asteroid's size, which is very important for assessing the significance of the hazard." The latest NASA observations underscore the value of space-based infrared telescopes in tracking faint asteroids. According to NASA, Webb made "among the faintest ever observations of an asteroid," extending the object's observational record by nearly eight months at a time when it had become too faint for other telescopes. That additional data allowed scientists to eliminate the remaining uncertainty surrounding its 2032 flyby. Although asteroid 2024 YR4 is now confirmed to pose no threat to either Earth or the Moon, scientists say its discovery remains one of the most significant real-world tests of the international planetary defence system, demonstrating how continued observations can rapidly transform an object once considered hazardous into one whose future path is known with high confidence. • Yup. Google is just scraping the entire internet for their own ad profits without sharing revenue with the sources. It's obviously stealing, but since these sites depend upon Google's search scraps to survive... As for me, I just stopped using Google for anything except Reddit searches. If Reddit's own search wasn't complete crapola, I'd never use Google search again.
    • I had a feeling this was coming. Picked up my first Mac ever last Saturday. Glad I did.
