Definitely seems to be Gonggar mountain, but I can't find the exact version you're looking for unfortunately.

I did yield some results looking up "Rizhao Jinshan", where it looks like you might be able to get some much higher resolution images via Shutterstock.  Hope it helps scratch that itch; I remember having to dig HARD for an image that was used as a Windows 10 lockscreen background before I found my way in the cache to retrieve it.
