thanks

do the zip and rar files usually change? Mine didn't

Same thing happened to me..

im guessing that he didn't make any icons for zip or rar..

i've looked through all the dlls and havn't found anything....

maybe in the next version he might add em in....

ooooo.... the change comes from the change in the icons in the zipfldr.dll, which is in the system32 directory.

will add that whenever i update.

or if u guys do have the gant 1 icon pack, u can use the icon from there and right click any zip file, then click on properties > icon tab > change icon n do the rest

:)

Hmm, I am a complete Noob when it comes to this, so excuse my silly questions:

1) Where can I download it?

- I looked at the first post, no link? Unless I missed it?

2) Where can I get more of these type of things?

- Any sites or anything?

3) What happens if I want to change back?

- Is there a backup or something?

4) Is there anything I need to make this work?

- Like, WindowsBlinds, or anything else?

Cheers Peeps!

Pete

Should be like the changes made to internet explorer...

don't use OE at all.ThunderBird for me...

I use TB also... :)

Jesus, this is nuts, devil, get my thank you again.

Almost all my file vers are diff (some newer some older), so I replace the icons from the pack's files, and it takes hours, now I just got to netshell.dll and this is nightmareeeee, how did you do all that, it drives me crazy.

Strangest thing is some of my files are newer some older.

got another problem.. when i reboot my laptop. it revert back to all the default icons. what's happening?

Did you rebuild your icon cache?

If not

Sounds like a version miss match open up your normal windows shell32.dll and look under version info. And then look at your shell32.dll and make sure the versions are the same.

I use TB also... :)

    • Fire and rehire. Doubt the work contracts are as favourable. Smart tactic using AI to do it legally.
    • > And, of course, it includes in-game purchases. Sigh.. of course it does. I just don't understand why anyone would want to play this on PC, when the far superior AoE 2/DE exists. Just kill this with fire already. Or a trebuchet.
    • Normally you'd just want to use Ventoy, but Rufus is handy when: - Ventoy doesn't work (some BIOSes can be weird) - You're mainly interested in creating a single Windows live USB and not interested in a multi-boot / Linux USBs - You want to automate your Windows installations (Rufus supports creating/injecting an autounattend.xml file which fully automates a Windows install). You can do this with Ventoy as well, but it requires a bit more of an effort. Also worth nothing is that both automatically bypass Windows 11's artificially imposed restrictions (TPM, CPU etc).
